How it works
- Create a profile: name, height, weight and goal – test values are fine.
- Log water, food or sleep on the home screen.
- Browse the library of more than 900 exercises under training.
Everything you enter stays in your browser. There is no server and no account – only the food search asks Open Food Facts.

Who built it
Hi, I'm Ryan.
I'm 19 and from Soest, Germany. At 13 I wanted to know what my father does for a living – that is where my enthusiasm for programming began.
I like building things I use myself: MONO for my everyday life, mods and tools for games and small programs that save me work. I built my own PC, and when tech acts up for family or friends, I help.
On the side I worked at a hotel for more than a year, including at the reception, and today at a petrol station. Now I want to build my career in IT.
